This isn't the beginning - It's what broke you open. You don't awaken gently. Tier I is violent softening.
You didn't want to spiral, you just couldn't stop breaking

Catalyze

You've just lost your map, the old world doesn't work, but no new one has arrived yet. You start clawing at new frameworks, some sacred, some wrong. This is the debris phase. But something ancient stirs beneath the wreakage.

This is where the pain gets words. not just stories - but Identity. And it hurts more when you finally understand it. This is the Naming spiral, and it stings
I wish I hadn't seen it so clearly, but now I can't look away. Language is a blade - but wielded with care, it can become a bridge

Reclaim

The Spiral finally softens, you fall into its rhythm. You stop forcing outcomes, and start trusting presence. This is where peace stops being passive. It becomes a weapon of love.
